Wayne truly has a well rounded
background in the entertainment industry, he's a live
entertainer, a producer/director, technical director, writer and an
editor.
Wayne started in the
entertainment industry as a stuntman in 1977. For four years he worked
in the Universal Studio Tour Stuntshow. As well as doing stunts in
motion pictures and primetime television shows in 1981, Wayne produced
directed and starred in his own television show for local cable
television.
Wayne
has also produced the live stage show "The Hollywood
Stuntshow" since 1980. He's put the show in major theme parks and
state fairs throughout the country.
Most recently he was assistant
trainer of chimpanzees of a major network TV series produced in Berlin
Germany. He wrote a script for the show, however they said it was
"too funny" for the German market.
He was an assistant in the
direction and production of segments for the Comedy Channel's
"Countdown to Comic Relif VII".
In March of '95 a commercial he
directed won a Telly award in recognition of an outstanding
non-network commercial.
He directed television
commercials and videos for the nationally syndicated radio personality
"The Greaseman". And 1995 he received cudos from Intermedia
Arts for creating a video explanation of the category "Radio
Station Produced" for the Mercury Radio Awards, that "was a
brilliant take on one ugly process...thanks for nailing it."
For 3 years he was technical
director and post production supervisor of various talkshows and
infomercials for a North Hollywood Production company.
In 1988 Wayne was a segment
co-producer for "The Morning Exchange", a talk show on the
ABC affiliate channel in Cleveland Ohio.
